I was impressed with Hotel Bh Usaquen's exceptional dedication to customer service. The staff treated us like royalty, making my wife and daughter feel like queens. The manager and front desk associates were highly professional and supportive throughout our stay. The hotel's cleanliness, location, and delicious breakfast also stood out. The location was favourable, not too far away from a Colombian restaurant. Bars and restaurants were also near the hotel. The room was extremely spacious and what's more - included a shower, hairdryers, and bath sheets.

Our room was very noisy and uncomfortable due to the traffic noise coming from outside. The air conditioning was not working properly, and we felt quite uncomfortable sleeping at night.
